Leveraging more than 20 years of Java experience, we’ll apply our technical expertise as an independent “second set of eyes” to help Paladin identify the most qualified candidates to meet Paladin client requirements.

Using a proprietary combination of coding challenges, objective examinations, and one-on-one interviews with candidates, Objistics, Inc. provides feedback on the candidate’s communication, temperament and technical skills. Our effort will be but one part of the rigorous process Paladin, Inc. uses to recruit and place the highest quality candidates with its clients.
