Objistics, Inc. formed as Texas Corporation

On January 29, 2013, Objistics, Inc. received its Certificate of Filing from the great State of Texas and was thereby formally established as a Texas Corporation. (For federal purposes, Objistics, Inc. has elected to operate as an S-Corporation.)  Jack Frosch is the founder and president of Objistics, Inc.
